“I shall not rest until I hand over a key to somebody who emerged out of a shack into a proper house.” These are words prophesied by the late Reverend Nicholas Makhonza Makhathini. He concluded the Prophecy saying wherever he had not reached; there will be Men and Women whom God will raise to take over and run with the Vision to its fulfilment.


Mam Mkhungu, is a woman of God from New Castle whom God used to fulfil one of Reverend Makhathini's Vision, To build a Health Care Centre, a Shelter for the homeless and unprivileged. It is amazing how God makes a way for people to connect in order for His Will to be accomplished. Mam Mkhungu was listening to Ukhozi FM when she heard Mrs Makhathini speaking about the faithfulness of God. After being touched by the Holy Spirit and the overwhelming feeling of God’s presence. She had the urge to get in touch with Mrs Makhathini.

Pastor Tabane and Mrs Makhathini together with the C.A.G.C. team visited Mam Mkhungu is New Castle trusting in God and the confirmation of the Vision to start the fellowship with her and her family. She lives with three children and a grandson as a tenant, in a rondavel in someone’s backyard. Although her living conditions leave nothing to be desired for, her zeal and passion for the Lord and His work did not diminish. Mam Mkhungu is a pensioner but with the little that she has, she;

• Feeds people in and around the area,
  

• Assists with acquiring medication for the sick from Clinics and Doctors, and
  

• Takes care of her children and other people who need help.

In February 2013, C.A.G.C. started building a home for her, where she can continue the work of the Lord in peace and comfort. This is an exciting project. Once completed, it will become the 3rd House that the Church has donated to the Glory of God. C.A.G.C. aims to launch the completed house, fully furnished in September 2013. God has been faithful thus far. The house and material is paid up. God has made provision, the Saints have sown for this project to become a success.
